Demo website

This website presents a fictitious club. The contact form does not send or store any data. Bookings are simulated: no card is requested, nothing is saved or charged.

Data collected

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), subject of your request where applicable and the content of your message. Required fields are marked with an asterisk.

When you book a court online: name, email address, phone number, and the court, day and time booked. Your card details are entered directly on Stripe’s secure page and stored by Stripe: the club never has access to them and never sees the card number or security code.

The hosting provider also records technical connection data (IP address, date, page viewed) required for website security.

Purposes and legal bases

• Answering your contact or quote requests — legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request and legitimate interest (art. 6.1 b and f GDPR).
• Managing court bookings and the card guarantee — legal basis: performance of the booking contract (art. 6.1 b GDPR).
• Ensuring the security and proper functioning of the website — legal basis: legitimate interest.

Your data is never sold or used for marketing purposes without your consent.

Retention period

Messages received through the form are kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact. Bookings are kept for 1 year after the date of the slot; the card saved for the guarantee is deleted from Stripe after that period. Technical connection data is kept for a limited period by the hosting provider.

Recipients and processors

Your data is intended exclusively for Sémaphore Padel Club. It passes through the following technical providers, bound by confidentiality commitments:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — website hosting.
• Resend, Inc. (USA) — delivery of form emails.
• Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) — secure storage of the card used for the booking guarantee (Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified).

These transfers outside the European Union are governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use any advertising cookies or trackers requiring consent. Any audience measurement is performed with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free tool that only produces anonymous, aggregated statistics. Third-party content (maps, videos) is only loaded after you click.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to set instructions regarding its use after your death. To exercise these rights, write to accueil@semaphore-padel.example.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority): www.cnil.fr.
